In an attempt to reconnect with where our meat comes from, Spis Min Gris (Eat My Pig) now allows customers to bring home happy farm animals and experience the butchering process themselves. The goal is not to change people's eating habits, but instead to bring the "behind the scenes" of the slaughtering process. We want consumers to bond with the animal on their way home from the store, slaughter it on their kitchen table, and serve the meat on their plate.
